Program Outline

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu + Trek Briefing

Touch down, meet your guide, check into our boutique hotel — and get the full rundown on what’s ahead. Your first chance to prep physically and mentally begins with a hotel gym session available on arrival.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,845m) + Trek to Phakding (2,610m)

Fly into the wild — a jaw-dropping short flight lands you in Lukla. From there, begin your trek through rugged terrain and dense pine forests, finishing in the riverside village of Phakding.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)

Cross suspension bridges and grind uphill to reach the Sherpa capital, Namche. Expect altitude to kick in here — stay hydrated, keep moving. Welcome to thin-air conditioning.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche

No rest — just smart training. Explore the area with an altitude hike to Syangboche or the Everest View Hotel. It’s all about letting your body adapt while staying active.

Day 5: Namche to Tengboche (3,870m)

Tackle steep climbs and winding ridgelines en route to Tengboche, home to one of the most iconic monasteries in the Himalayas. Massive views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse reward your grind.

Day 6: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m)

Climb above the tree line. This is where things get real — thinner air, colder nights, and unmatched mountain silence. Dingboche is a high-altitude outpost that challenges your endurance.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche

Active recovery: take a controlled climb up nearby Nangkartshang Peak or hike the ridgelines. Boost your red blood cell count, test your lungs, and stay sharp for the days ahead.

Day 8: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,940m)

Push deeper into high altitude. Glacial terrain, stone memorials, and powerful stillness surround you. This is where the mental challenge matches the physical.

Day 9: Lobuche to Gorakshep (5,160m) → Everest Base Camp (5,364m) → Return to Gorakshep

The big one. Trek across moraine and ice to Everest Base Camp — touch the stone, own the moment. You’ve earned it. Return to Gorakshep for the night, exhausted and accomplished.

Day 10: Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5,550m) → Down to Pheriche (4,230m)

Rise early and climb to Kala Patthar, the highest point of the trek, for the best full panorama of Everest. Then begin your descent — muscles tired, spirit rising — down to Pheriche.

Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

The oxygen is rich again, and your stride is strong. Power downhill through alpine forests, retracing your path with a new sense of strength and achievement.

Day 12: Namche to Lukla

Final trekking day. Legs on fire, heart full. Reflect on the journey as you descend back to Lukla — a place that once felt like the start line, now feels like home.

Day 13: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu + Final Gym Session (Optional)

Return to the city and settle into the Everest Boutique Hotel. Gym access available for those who want to finish the trip the way they started — with strength.
