Rise with the sun and join the local community for an uplifting sunrise movement session set to Calypso beats, followed by an energizing water aerobics class. Enjoy a hearty hotel breakfast (included), then explore included activities or jump into one of our curated optional adventure add-ons — from coastal hikes to cultural immersions.

Another sunrise, another movement session — reconnect with the island's rhythm alongside locals. Follow up with water aerobics, a hotel breakfast (included), and your pick of the day’s activities. In the evening, head to the legendary Oistins Fish Fry — a lively street food and music experience you won’t forget.

Day 5 – Coast to Coast Switch-Up
Check out from your South Coast hotel and spend the day exploring with the group before moving to your new home on the West Coast. This marks the start of your week-long gym pass — giving you full access to top-tier training facilities.

Days 6–11 – Strength Mode: Activated
Each day begins with a nutritious hotel breakfast (included). Hit the gym at your own pace with your full access pass, join in on included group training or movement activities, or take things further with optional adventure experiences like paddleboarding, surfing, or nature hikes. It’s your strength journey — your way.

Day 11 – Final Pump & Farewell
Your final full day in Barbados. Soak it all in, squeeze in one last workout or adventure, then come together with your crew for a memorable farewell dinner (included).
